Efficiently assemble service and/or deliver customer and store merchandise. Ensure safe and proper loading and transport of merchandise to be delivered. Coordinate and adhere to a weekly delivery schedule to allow punctuality, ample time for customer questions, pre inspection of delivery location and equipment, and to ensure proper equipment function. Demonstrate pride and ownership of their work while meeting expected deadlines. Meets Scheels dress and grooming expectations in support of professional, clean and welcoming environment for customers, co-workers and business partners. Ability to apply concepts of basic math, grammar, punctuation and spelling. Ability to adapt to a changing work environment. Consistent eagerness to listen, learn, apply knowledge and accept critical feedback. Genuine interest and action in helping others before yourself, regardless of recognition or reward. Arrive to work and meetings 10 minutes early. Show respect and appreciation for others and Scheels. The Delivery Associate will provide a world class customer experience by executing and enhancing the delivery and service of store merchandise in a customer’s home.
